No salt, pepper, garnish and bad Twiste

We went through to the Sun City Nedbank Golf Challenge this past weekend and stayed over at the EasyStay in Rustenburg. On our way back at about 7:30pm we stopped at the Kentucky opposite the hotel and we ordered your big Family Box meal and a Twister and a Kream Ball totalling R178.70. When we arrived back at the hotel we found that there was no garnish or salt pepper packed in the box. We ended up getting salt and tomato sauce from the hotel, but seeing that they only serve breakfast it took them a good 15 min to find it.By then our chips were cold. Not a great start. That said, when we opened the twister the chicken fillet was dark brown on the inside and looked burned. It also tasted really bad. With your blessing I herewith formally request a voucher refund equaling the value if chips and the Twister.
I also have photos of the inside of the box showing the missing salt and garnish, the inside of the twister and the slip.
