Luggage Section - Totally Disgusting

Went to buy a luggage bag & saw the Cellini I quite liked, it was full of dust and the wheels looked like it had been pulled around a few times., Spoke to someone on the floor to ask where the manager on duty was and he directed me to her. I then asked her if she could come with me to the luggage section and she impolitely said there should be someone on that section. I then told her that I want her to see the state of the luggage, all of them had thick dust and all the wheels on the bags looked 2nd hand. I then asked her for a discount so she said she can only give 20% discount fair enough. She never gave an explanation why the bags are in that state but did check in the stock room to see if there were 1s in better shape but never had the 1 I wanted. I think they are busy with renovations but this is no excuse for such a huge branch. I haven't seen any other shop in Canal Walk with stock that looked so dirty, dusty & used with no exaggeration. She then walked me to the till and told Andisa Mdlankomo to give the discount, with out even bothering to ask them to clean it up a bit. Quite disgusted in the service, presentation of stock & management
