While my son of 2 was bleeding they didnt care!!!

I just want to know what is going on with humanity and what ever happened to the Hippocratic Oath!!! This Saturday I was at work while my wife was at home taking care of our kids Jezz (2) Layla (1). While playing on the bed my son fell and received a heavy blow against his head opening up a 3cm gash. He started bleeding profusely and my wife rushed him to Medicross Port Elizabeth... This was her biggest mistake!!! The receptionist was non-chalant and she didn't care if my son bled to death even though my wife displayed our medical aid card she still didn't want to help her because she needed my ID. While my little boy is bleeding from his forehead and turning pale this poor excuse for medical personal were giving my wife hassles. I have one of the best Medical aid plans through Discovery and this is how they treat a person!!! I cannot begin to describe my disgust. I
