I was treated on de 9/12/13 in de evening with a swollen finger I was charged sumtin like R2000 4 dis finger bt de pain was treated nt de swollen finger now when I call the hospital 2day 4 follow up I was told dat I must pay again as dis wil b treated as a new consultation pls help as dis is nt ON.
