I would like a positive response to this matter.
Firstly, I have to say, that I am, highly disappointed with the route that discovery has taken to collect their outstanding debt from my wife.
I would like to know when this medical aid was cancelled and for how long was this medical aid for.
She was on the medical aid and then resigned from it, however, she is still employed at the company as to which she took out the medical aid.
The reason for her cancelling the medical aid was because I had obtained a new one.
A few questions I have for you department and the ethics behind it.
I believe that someone tried to contact my wife on the 26/06/2013 and they could not obtain contact with her.
When she was contacted, the email address that the statement was supposed to be sent to was incorrect, most probably due to incompetence, because my wife never received the statement.
Letters were addressed to our previous address as 24 basalt complex in Northriding, which we moved out of in 2011, I got an automated response, which stated that I would have been contacted in regard with this query 3 days later, which didn't happened. The people in the department should have followed up.
