Bonitas
Approval

It seems Hello Peter doesn't even make a difference with Bonitas. I've logged a complaint regarding the approval for my heart operation on 4th of December already and are still waiting to be contacted. I'm suppose to have my heart operation the 12 December but will not happen as Bonitas hasn't given the approval. I've spent how much money phoning Bonitas and even my doctor tried.
