Moto health only worry about money!!!

I have just received a call from bernice after thanusha never returned my call (not that anyone returns calls from them!!), that my wife has just been terminated from my medical aid because we requested that she be taken up in hospital due to a back injury that happened after i had been accepted by moto health, because we have to wait three months (only serious accidents are aloud!!).!!! not being able to walk and having the chance to be paralysed for life is not serious enough for them??? who the do they think they are,??? so now my wife has been terminated due to undisclosed reasons!!! this is the most pathetic medical aid i have ever come across. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE HALF DEAD, AND THEN THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT TO BE TOLD NO, IT IS NOT SERIOUS ENOUGH. my wife is now stuck in bed in the worst pain, she cant sleep and is so depressed that she has lost her job and is at the point of giving up. i have two kids that see this and are unable to concentrate on exams now. SO DUE TO A BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES I CAN POSSIBLE LOSS MY WIFE!! THANK YOU BUNCH>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>!!!
