DISGUSTED WITH LACK OF LOGIC FOR PROCESSING CLAIM

I have had nothing but compliments for Discovery until today. I have been bleeding for the last 2 months, and due to loss of blood landed up blacking out while driving, went into oncoming traffic, swerved vehicle so I didnt kill myself or anyone else. I landed up damaging my vehicle because I hit the curb. I was admitted into hospital for this reason. My gynae advised that I have a Mirena inserted to help with stopping the bleeding as I was too young to be sterilised. Anyway doc advised that she will motivate for medical aid to pay. So we started process, only to find out that Discovery's criteria stipulates that I have to be 35 and older to qualify. I am like, seriously, I have a serious health issue that can kill me or seriously injure me any others and you guys are sticking to rules about criteria. The medical board reviewed it and said I cant qualify because I'm too young. I am bleeding to death and they are not taking into account the uniqueness of the situation yet concerned about criteria. I am disgusted with this response and lack of concern as paying for a Mirena would minimise the risk of paying a huge medical bill if I am in an accident due to my constant blood loss.
