No statement but handed ove

My medical aid short paid my lab-account with an amount of R183.20. Till date of this complaint I have not received any statement for this amount. I enquiry from my medical aid why this wasn't paid, and they said that Lancet used the wrong ICD-10 code, perfectly explaining why 4 of the bloodtest on the same day was paid and only one wasn't paid. I phone Lancet requesting them to resubmit to my medical aid with the correct ICD-10 code. Apparently that was never done. I received two text messages stating that I was now handed over to ITC. I phoned about five times now, trying to get a statement so that I can pay this and claim back from my medical aid. Something that Lancet was supposed to do. Each time when phoning I have to give my email address, wait for two to three days for the statement to arrive. Until now no statement. The last two times I phoned I asked to speak to the supervisor on duty - surprize surprize... each time the supervisor is busy and will phone me back. I have paid the amount in the meantime, to ensure that my ITC record is clean - and I will take Lancet to court if my ITC record shows up with any amount from them. I will never ever use Lancet again.
