Lancet Accounts department haven't got a clue!!!

Yesterday 25/01/2013 ITC Business Administrators sent us an SMS stating that Lancet are giving us up to the ITC for not paying an account. This came as quite a surprise as we haven't received any communication from them prior to this SMS. Would it have been so difficult to contact us and advise of the outstanding amount??? They claim that they have sent an account to our postal address, this never reached us... and by the way, why only are they sending physical post if there is a medium like email?

Furthermore, I contacted ITC Business Administrators who then advised the outstanding amount but they couldn't provide a statement. So I called Lancet, they send me a statement. I immediately settled the outstanding amount and provided them with proof of payment. They advised that the instruction has been given to ITC Business Administrators to close the file... BUT... then the latter had the audacity to send an sms today again for us to contact them. So we did, and they asked where is payment.

No mangers are available at both companies on a Friday afternoon!!! PATHETIC!!! BLOOD BOILING!!!

I really hope they can sort this out because the situation seems VERY unfair towards us.
