Loosing files an information of sick patients

I took my mother to the tembisa hospital today she was kept there the whole day they were busy telling her they lost her file an she wasn't the only one is this the service we pay tax for.this is unacceptable especially when she has diabetes she really needs attention because its type two now an she is not helped that's not on.
