Received a call from Lancet to settle an account for tests, not paid by my medical aid.
The Medical aid does not have a record of their submission, yet they still claim they have submitted.

Their reason for only submitting the account to me is that they had the wrong postal address, yet they failed to contact me at all, but managed to reach me on my home number in December 2012!!

Why didn't they contact me earlier?!!!

All other providers contacted me and my medical aid with in 30 days, either by SMS or email or by post and their account where settled within 30 days.

Now the account is older than 4 months, my medical aid does not pay submission received after 4 months.
Now I am accountable for the accounting stuffup.

What did they do the last 6 months in accounts / billing?
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE service to say the least.

They should at least contact and apologize for their stuff up, but no, they claim they did everything that they could!!!
