Late delivery again

We had to leave on holiday today to the coast we arranged in November for the meds to be delivered on 5 Dec- guess what only half of it arrived, last month not even everything was delivered wonder if Optipharm will pay for the accommodation that we paid for that we are loosing now until the meds are been delivered.
