When deciding on a dentist regarding veneers, it is important that it is understood that sometimes a veneer will become troublesome without prior notice and there should be dentists that are willing to assist, on short notice, especially if you have already spent R10k with them. When making a booking with the above dentist, there was no compassion showed by the receptionist regarding my plight instead attitude was afforded regarding whether or not I had called to confirm my booking which had already been okayed earlier that morning. I was first made to feel like an, being told 'sorry ma'am we do not even open that early' and then told that the lady that had spoken to me when they were not 'meant to be opened' did not confirm the booking. We often forget that most of our employment comes from customers that are loyal and money spent means a job secured. This individual chose to be rude to the very people that make it possible for her to be employed. Although a booking for the next day was afforded, this could have all been avoided had she handled the situation better initially rather than making me to feel like i have nothing better to do than to prank call dentists at 7am.
