I WANT MY R1738.92 REFUNDED!!

OKAY, so I pay my debit in full (27 November 2013), I then contact call center to inform them of my payment and send proof of payment to email address on the settling letter... but as you know I then still get debited.

I contact call center to refund me, I am told I will get refunded by the 30th November 2013, that day came and went! Now I am frustrated as I have other things to pay and AFRICAN BANK and their employees just doesn't give a ____ now Im forced to raise my voice.

I send numerous emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] - and to my amazement NOT ONE PERSON OR DEPARTMENT CONTACTS ME!!

I contact call center (spending over R350 airtime, on calling day in and day out) and to my surprise there is NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!! I then refuse to put the phone down, I am then told that a manager will contact me, till date NOTHING!

PEOPLE PLEASE BE WARNED!!! STAY AWAY FROM AFRICAN BANK!!! ONE WEEK LATER AND NO ONE CAN SAY WHEN I WILL GET "MY MONIES BACK"
