Discovery - No response to a claim after 5 weeks

I submitted a claim 5 weeks ago for Medical services during a trip to Paris which is covered under my Classic membership.
I have submitted 3 times by email (which they acknowledged and promise to respond within 48 hours) and spoke to Lesley by phone 5 days ago. still no response?
Is this what I am paying a very hefty monthly fee for???
