I made a booking 5 months prior to my moms birthday; as Spa Afrique was the closest in proximity to my parents home. Valerie was really helpful in making in the booking, however, when I called a week prior to my appointment to confirm dietary requirements I was told that no booking had been made. Way too late to get a booking anywhere else and definitely a disappointment to my eager mom.
