I had booked a stay at the Hilton Hotel in Durban and on the website it said that it had free cancellation. So, I cancelled and it was all confirmed online. After I cancelled the Hilton charged my credit card R14, 500 for the stay so you could believe how surprised I was. I called the Hilton and they disagreed and said they wouldn't refund the money and claimed they hadn't heard anything from [URL Removed] After a lot of back and forth with the Hilton I finally rang [URL Removed] The customer service lady was incredibly friendly and reassuring and told me what I needed to submit to them (and that they had contacted the Hilton on numerous occasions to ensure the booking had been cancelled) and they would claim on my behalf - they even offered to refund me the money if the Hilton refused to. Anyways, within 2 weeks the matter was resolved and I received my refund. [URL Removed] kept me informed every step of the way and were in my opinion EXCELLENT! I will continue to use [URL Removed] for all my hotel bookings.
