I made 3 bookings last year all for different times of 2013, maybe they can explain why their system allocates levies to the RESERVATION that was booked first this makes no business sense, how can I pay for a reservation now that is booked for December 2013 when I made another booking for say March 2013 but the reservation was booked after the above (December one) does this make business sense? what is the purpose of an impulse booking then??? Your system should automatically allocate funds to the reservation that is earliest. I mean people do not make bookings in a sequence you might decide to take a spontaneous holiday does that mean that I have to ensure that I pay for the first one before I can make another booking for an earlier time??? Now I am told that the levies must be paid in the month the booking was made, the rules keep on changing, its all ridiculous customer service.
So they said they can re-shuffle re-allocate the levy (which they say in an exception to the rule) but they will charge me a R365 cancellation fee!!! for what i am still embarking on the holiday!!! Its all a money making scheme. I would NOT recommend Flexi Club at all, it provides NO value for money.
