I submitted a claim after visiting a gynae on the 12/11/2013. The turaround time to resolve claims is 5 working days. Two weeks later (28/11/2013), I still had no response. When I contacted the call centre, after investigations and holding for long, they found the claim and said it was being processed & all will be completed by the 3rd December. On the 4th December, I'm told the claim is missing, after investigation again, it was declined because the department cannot see the date on the statement which is clearly visible on all submitted documents including the statement. No one bothered to inform me and all requirements are met but someone does not want to read a date on the statement. Expected turnaround for resubmission is another 5 days, making it a month without resolution and nobody informing me what is going on.

Why pay so much on a monthly basis if as a client you are expected to meet the contractual obligations but the service provider can decide to be lazy and not process their work because they don't want to read. The font on the date is the same used on every other information. Why can they see every other details except the very visible date? Dumb-founded!
