Very disappointed in Klein Kariba's

Good day ATKV.

My family and I visited one of your resort "Klein Kariba" the weekend of 30 November 2013.. I was very disappointed in your staff especially your security as there was about 10-15 men drinking next to the outside swimming pool. They were so drunk that they couldn't stand up straight, they were arguing and urinating against the trees. The security working in that section did not say anything to them. I had to take my 5 year old daughter and leave because they got very loud kept falling around and urinating in public. We have been loyal members of ATKV for 7 years, and this was very disappointing to see.
