Customer Feeling thwarted due to staff attitude!

There is not enough caracters to publish my whole story - will appreciate it if a Manager of exec can make contact in order for me to publish my whole story to this regard;
"After spending the long weekend at ATKV Buffelspoort, it really left a bad taste in everyone's mouth, of the ATKV as a whole! When we booked in, the staff at reception was very friendly and very pleasant to deal with. So the start off was a very excited and pleasant experience. We then went to the "woonstel" where we settled in and got into the holiday mood. We then decided to go and get to know the resort and see what it has to offer. We went to the swimming pool (Underroof) and enjoyed it there for a couple of minutes. Only until we had a lady approaching us that worked in the kiosk, telling us we are not allowed to spatter. We didn't take any offense in her approach as she did it in a nice & civil way.
We carried on with our weekend, having to deal with staff that is rude, standoffish, and that just don't have a clue how to deal with customer services not even to mention understanding a client and catering for ones needs. The way they talk to clients, is deplorable! Instructing one in ways a father"
