Stay At Klein Kariba in a disgusting accomadation

One year ago we stayed in a chalet at Klein Kariba, and it was dirty and not up to the 3 star standard that they have got. I sent them photos and comments about the holiday and got a reply that it would be investigated.
In March this year I recieved an e-mail saying it was going to be investigate, and feed back would be sent to me. Up to now there has been no feedback at all.
