Refusing to pay back Deposit of R180.00

After staying at the resort we were promised our deposit will be paid back to us within a week.
I have called 6 times in the last weeks and when I call I just get told "call back" the lady is not in.
When I eventually get hold of Jacqueline, she always says "next week", "next week". I have left my number for a call back numerous times, they don't even bother to call back.
I know R180 is not a lot of money but it comes down to good business management and common decency.!!!
