On Saturday 30/11/2013, my hubby & I visited ushaka, after waiting in a line that was almost forever we finally got in after paying our R370 enterance fee and while waiting in the queue to pay for the locker we were told that no lockers were available and that we should use "optionB" which was to guard our own stuff. I mean really?!? we left immediately, feeling totally robbed of our money. We were meeting friends there and had to call them & ask them not to come over as we felt no 1 else needed to waste money. I complained on the ushaka FB page and the person replying toally missed my point and suggested i purchase a platinum pass, my complaint is NOT the waiting in the queue issue... its the fact that Ushaka is so greedy for money that they are incapable of doing the moral thing which is to inform people that there are no lockers available and that enterence should be on the basis that you have to monitor your own stuff. Im utterly dissapointed at your greed and uninterest in customer satisfaction. I would like a refund -or something, & while i understand that you have no solid proff that i was there, i would never go thru this trouble for no reason.
