Cliebt service is not satisfactory

30 days ago I contact legal wise to assist me with an unfair matter my details were taken and I was told they will contact the other party and get back to me I was contacted but no useful advice was given. Called after a week numerous times but was left on hold for a while and still no consultant answered, I left messages but my messages weren't returned a week after I eventually got through I was given another excuse and was promised a call back with an update, a few days past and I had to call them again when I again was given an excuse and told they will try another approach my number was taken but still no call from legal wise. The service received is unacceptable as I am paying for their service. As a valued client its not my resposibility to call after them and call the other party. Its been 30 days nothing has been done and a lot of time and airtime was wasted. This is not how any service provider should treat their clients
