Sunday Times
No delivery from Sunday Times

For the past 3 out of 4 weeks the Sunday Times has not been delivered in terms of my subscription contract. Initially I tried to contact the 0860 number with no response, left a call back message with no response, sent an email on the website with no response??? I eventually made contact on the 0112803000 number and was promised that they would make delivery. Last week the delivery arrived on the Monday morning and this week I contacted the call centre at 9.30 and again 11.30 and requested that they come back tom me with a response. Again no response and no delivery.
Poor service delivery, why bother to have communication details when you don't respond to it!!!
