Decline claims for no reason

I wont be going into a long whithdrawn story of why i feel no one should join this medical aid. A claim was made with incorrect member number (claim declined), 20 days later member number was corrected (now claim declined stating no funds/benifts). fast forward to today, medical aid have given me 3 different reason why they wont pay. the also told me to give proof which i did still decline to pay. bottom line dont go Bonita!!!
