INSURANCE CLAIM DECLINED FOR NO REASON

2 vehicles were from inside my premises, M&F have declined the claim for 3 different reasons over a 3 month period. each one is an outright yet they still refuse to payout. first decline was claimed that i had no cover for the car being off the premises, video footage and assessors report showed they were on the premises. Second decline was for no evidence of forcible entry, again there was footage and an assessors report. Third excuses is that one of t he employees was reported as considered suspicious. obviously with no other excuse to decline this is now being used, they have done no investigation nor intend to. Each correspondence has been on the exact day the ombudsman allows and they have refused to deal directly with the insured??? M&F is a grossly overrated company and probably the most effecient "'s" i have come across, they have perfected taking policy money and not paying out to a fine art!!!
