Still Problems

Well Moto Health have paid my claim, only after much complaining. However they have failed to say why so many of their personnel do not know their policies or rules. The only reason given was Moto Health have a huge administration systems failure. Even so after phoning their help line I was still getting told the same rubbish, not one of the people contacted bothered to check if what I was saying was right. A quick check and they would have seen I was. This is complete incompetence at best, at worst contempt and nastiness towards members.
Although this claim has now been paid I am trying to find out why one item has been paid at a much lower rate than the same item last month. Once again its impossible to get the tariffs out of Moto Health, you are told to phone DRC who in turn refer you back after giving you a tariff that is different again. Do we not have a right to know these tariffs???
