Total disbelief!!!

After waiting over a week for what was supposed to be a 24hr period for a hospital admittance referal number I was finally admitted to hospital. My husband has since moved to another company, this company is with the imperial group so moto health is the required med scheme, but since he has only been with the new branch for a week his HR department have not had time to process his documents. I have now been told by the hospital case worker that the medical aid have terminted us, I waited over a week for what was supposed to have been 24hrs but it seems this only works one way. How proffesional of them, not even call the key member to find out what is happening, I now find myself in a situation where I have to leave the hospital With my serious condition and my traetment not even half completed. So ontop of all the frustration of waiting a week instead of 24hrs, I now find myself in a worse situation than when this whole debacle started, again MOTO HEALTH "CARE", a big thank you for empty promises and a complete lack of professionalism!!
