Forced to take custom, benefit

I have a list of incidents relating, but all comes down to - Moto Health forces us to take Custom otpion, the gap to Classic is too large. I lodged a complaint about it with medical council, Moto Health feedback was consideration in next year benefits, no change. Again, need a specialist, closest available is 50km away (min R150 in petrol), and co-payment R650.Dr I was actually ref to, 10km away, but not DSP, full fee is R450.You force us to use these drs, exclude so much in general, incl PMB, which I won't get into now, but is LOW, but you keep saying the doctors can charge what they want. Again, I ask, like so many times, why then do we have to use DSP? What is the point? Moto Health itself is great, except for limit on options, but having to use Carecross is rubbish. We pay according to income, so I pay alot more than others on Custom, including cash for everything you don't pay, but we get the same benefits. Keep saying, I will pay more for better, but the gap is TOOO huge for next level up. You actually discriminate against us by dpoing this. It's either Custom, or tough cookies for you. Middle ground people, middle ground. Stop saying, start doing.
