Randburg Medicross won't take messages

We phoned this afternoon to speak to a dr after he left a message for us to phone him. He was not in so we asked to leave a message and was told that they do not take messages for doctors. Asked to speak to their superior and she told us the same and put the phone down on us. Phoned again and asked to speak to the superior's boss and was told that is head office. Asked for the number and was told they are not allowed to give out that information. This Clinic has really gone backwards over the years. The front desk staff are unfriendly most of the time. How on earth do we get hold of a dr if we are not allowed to leave messages. You need to do something Randburg, your bad reputation is preceding you.
