A friends elderly parents, mom just out of hospital moved into hotel for 2-3 wks for recovery.
Tues evening their food was delivered to their room and far below standard, being old and recovering from trauma they did not send the food back or complain.
Their daughter from CT ph'd me to organise food elsewear for them as they could not eat most of it.
at 9am I telephoned to speak to the food & beverage manager but had to leave a message.
at 10am I phoned again and asked to speak to the hotel manager, again I had to leave a message.
at 11am I phoned and asked for the ceo again had to leave a message.
at 12 I asked to speak to the manager on duty, had to leave a message
at 1 I phoned and again asked for the food & beverage manager, again left a message!
I telephoned inbetween as well, a total of 10 phone calls!
I then got Cameron's cell no & sms'd him & he said that he would ph me at 3.3o to which I replied that that was disgusting since I had been trying since 9am.
he then phoned me and said that he would sort the problem out.
I do not know if the food quality has been rectified but their availability for problems does.
at no stage was I asked if anyone else could help me.
