I went in to the store in Randburg to have my account reactivated because it was blocked. The lady called and gave me the phone to speak to the people from customer service. They couldn't confirm employement and told me to call again after 5-10 minutes. The lady who was helping me initialy was nowhere to be found. A guy came to the desk and I asked him to make that call for me, he connected me to the wrong department and when I told him he put the phone down and continued with what was on the PC. I asked him to call again and he flat out ignored. I told him the call needed to be made before 5pm because after then our company closes. He ignored me still. He stood up to leave and I asked him to connect me again and by the time he did it was after 5 and the person at work had left. I was told to come back tomorrow. This was actually the second time I went in for the same thing, it was 2 days in a row to be exact. I had to leave early to get it done and I wasn't helped and I am expected to take time of work again to go in and see those ppl who behave like they hate being at work. They walk around like zoombies with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Ppl who leave you at a desk and not say
