ABSOLUTELY USELESS in EVERY SINGLE WAY!!

Try cancelling a momentum health useless medical aid (which covers absolutely nothing IN THE 1ST PLACE) and then you get surprised with a 30 day notice period... TRY ASKING FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS 30 DAY NOTICE AND YOU GET IGNORED, since when was this a job resignation, and since when is this a cancellation of a credit facility... WHAT A LOAD OF, all you keep hearing rules are rules... etc what about what the customer wants, can you people not see the customer doesn't want to be dealing with an under graded unsatisfactory medical aid!!! YOUR RULES, YOUR SERVICE AND YOUR PRODUCTS STINK!!! your miserable attitudes are even worse and promises for great service delivery is non existent! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!
