Genesis Best Medical Aid

I am a new customer to Genesis Medical Aid since 1 April 2013 and I have only praise for them. Coming from medical aids like Discovery and BestMed and medical Insurance, have not had a lot of faith in any kind of medical aid/insurance. But these people have restored my faith. The medical aid is not overly expensive or complicated and there is never any fights about paying suppliers. My doctors and pharmacists are all happy with my new medical aid.

My only complaint is that they are not responding to posts on HelloPeter and I have mailed them about this.
