HANDOVER WITHOUT ANY NOTICE

I see that I'm not the only one complaining about this absolutely USELESS company.

I received a SMS this morning about me handed over to attorneys regarding an account of blood tests for my son. He was born in June and since then I haven't received any account!!
This is also not the first time that this happened.

I'm so sick and tired of them!!! I'm not sure how we will ever win this battle but I try and not use them ever.
