Being harrassed for an account I have paid twice

Please note that I have now paid the invoice V3075624 twice.

I initially paid both invoices together, as I was sent them together (see attached) with one reference number V2578474. I then continued to be harassed by your company for not paying V3075624 as I was told that because I had paid the amounts together, the second was not reflected as paid. I therefore paid it again. If you check your records you will see that I did explain this to one of your representatives at your call centre and he made notes, but the payment was not recorded as being paid.

I am still receiving smses and being threatened with debt collectors, after paying the same invoice twice.

Please update your records as a matter of urgency.

Once you have updated your records, I expect to be reimbursed for the extra R211.40 which I have paid.
