Paid up all bills but getting harassed

In June 2013, I paid all my outstanding Woolworths accounts: store, loan and credit card. The amounts was given by the annoying RA DALEY debt collectors and the cashier at the store confirmed amounts. But to date I am harrassed and threathen by those debt collectors. i try to explain but they are rude and it is highly frustrating to receive these calls 4 or 5 times a day. Woolworths needs to value their client and really reconsider dealing with debt collectors like that. To date I still receive recorded calls and its unfair as I have settled those accounts but being vitcimised in this manner. very frustrated with those RA Daley and Woolworths for not doing their job.
