Homechoice won't update my ITC records

Hello Peter

I paid-up my home choice account on the 22 February 2013. I then asked for paid up letter and requested my account to be closed.
A week later I got my paid up letter, it said the request has been send to credit bureau and my account will be updated.
After 15 emails and numerous calls to the call centre, my ITC record is still not updated. According to Phindile from home choice I can not even talk to the lady who does update, because I have to call the call centre for all request. Can home choice tell me how long does it take for their organisation to update the ITC records.
