When are you updating my ITC records?

I paid off my account that was with your lawyers on the 12th of March, they sent me a paid up letter and told me that they have instructed Foschini to update the ITC records. The records are still not updated. How long does it take to update the records after the account is paid up? This is inconveniencing me now! I will appreciate a response.
