NO Feedback given on query lodged a week ago

I have put in a query with regards to a claim that was supposed to be paid to me into my standard bank account but was paid into the incorrect bank account. I phoned the care centre last week three times and was told they would get back to me every day until the problem is solved. That was on friday the 15/11/2013 (the last time i spoke to somone at discovery) it is now tuesday the 19/11/2013 and to date I have still had no feedbakc as to how the problem occured and what they are doing to fix it. I have to pay that money that was supposed to be paid to me to ER consulting group as they said the account is now overdue. No feedback given from discovery given. I feel that after almost two and a half years and never having a payment issue on my side to be treated with such disregard is absoulutely shocking and unacceptable. I can be contacted after hours on my cell.
