BAD SERVICE

The level of service provided by discovery is getting from bad to worse. I visited my GYNECOLOGIST
on the 29th October 2013 for my check since i am pregnant, i pay the gynecologist CASH and claim back from discovery. I have sent the claim statement and only to find that discovery ended paying the gynecologist instead of paying the money back in my account. on the 7th Nov 2013, i spoke to Jade at discovery who confirmed that the money was indeed paid to the Gynecologist Dr Majachani but the money can be reversed, i must just resent the claim statement as it was not clear, fair enough i did as advised by Jade, yesterday the 19th Nov 2013, i received an email from discovery stating that the amount of R333.40 which was supposed to be paid back to me was paid to the gynecologist, i responded to the email stating that the money is to be paid back to me as i paid the gynea cash. I am not understanding why a simple query is taking so long to be resolved. being pregnant i don't need unnecessary stress from discovery.
