DISCOVERY DOESNT CARE!!!

I'm not going to go into super detail so ill just keep this short as i am fuming at this stage. After paying discovery for a good 9 years for health insurance and barley using it!!!

They now have every excuse in the book to not pay my savings out to me... from confusing the date i left the scheme and at the same time they refused a claim while i was still insured but they seem to have cought them selves out with regards to that... and the latest is that they claim to have paid me but they tell me they paid me to a standard bank account!!!

I have never in my life dealt with standard bank at any point!!! Discovery is supposed to be a professional health insurer??? Yeah right!!!

Worst communication! worst service! worst excuses to pay someone a meager amount of money... i will never deal with them again ever! and i would not recommend them to anyone!!! Its so sad that it has to come to this!!! i wander how much longer i will wait for them???
