Discovery Vitality & Vitality Mall

I have always been happy with Discovery Vitality and just recently used Vitality mall. I feel its a great rewards product and advise all my friends and family to get on board.
This is the 1st issue I`ve had (through no fault of my own) and Vitality won`t help me.
Coming to the end of 2012 I required approximately 7 400 points to reach Gold Status.
Upon completion of my Vitality Fitness Assessment, my overall wellness was in an Acceptable range.
My biokineticist approved that I should`ve received 10 000 points for my fitness test (Level 3).
After countless email and phone calls it has come to my attention that this is incorrect. The points are awarded based on my "Maximum functional capacity" which was a Level 1.
Now because Discovery Vitality does not inform the biokineticist on how points are awarded, I am being punished. If I had the correct information I could have very easily visited a dietician and got myself to Gold Status.
Now I`m stuck on Silver and more importantly I`ve lost my 1st year of Gold.
Vitality must issue me with a concession to Gold or at least let me continue from my 2011 Gold status.
I`ve done nothing wrong.
