[URL Removed] Website takes duplicate payments

On 25 April 2013, I needed to book tickets to PE for my husband for 6:30 in the morning so I did the booking online and put in my card details. It processed the payment but there was no confirmation and I had to get him on that flight for a meeting in PE so I tried again and it took the money again but still no confirmation. I phoned [URL Removed] that day to get the payments reversed and I had to send them an email, which I did immediately. I followed up a week later and they claim that the email was never received so I sent it again. When I followed up a few days later, I was told that refunds take 6 - 8 weeks to process. We are talking about R3400 that they took off my card, not a refund so it should have been reversed immediately. Today is 29 May 2013 and they cannot give me an answer, just that it takes 6 - 8 weeks to process. That money was allocated to pay bills and now [URL Removed] are holding onto it for 8 weeks? This is unfair and I want an immediate refund!
