I am a 3rd party on my fiances medical and have been trying to get his claim sorted since October.
I have resubmitted the claim again on 30/10/13 and spoke to genaine on 07/11/13 WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK 11/11/13 AND DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO DO SO AND HAVE TO HAVE A CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER TELL ME HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HER SERVICE, OR RATHER LACK OF IT, TOWARDS ME. I WAS TOLD TODAY AGAIN THAT THE CLAIM CANNOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO MISSING ICD10 CODES.
WHY COULD GENAINE NOT SAY THIS ON THE 7TH WHEN I CALLED HER???

THIS IS COSTING ME THE EARTH CALLING IN AND SPENDING APPROX 40 MINUTES AT A TIME ON A CALL.

How would discovery like it if we took this long to sort out their payments and kept them holding and running back and forth every day of the week. They would ensure we do not get any medical assistance if we try treat them they way we get treated.
