SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM CHRONIC DEPARTMENT

I have been waiting for more than 2 months now for a result on my chronic medication application for my bi-polar condition, it has been for me not always having access to medication. I have tried calling, emailing, getting Specialist Psychiatrist to call and motivate, but there is simply no response. nothing.

I do believe that i am within my rights to receive the benefit but it seems Bonitas wishes to dishonor that, or at the very least play delay tactics with the public and never get back to a person in an open channel of communication. It seems they dont want to communicate, That is not right.

I am stuck with this medical aid. I wish someone could help me as I am so desperate.
