A friend of mine booked for accommodation for the 2 of us at College Lodge on 5th September 2013, we are preparing for the Macufe concert which will on 10th-13th October 2013, the booking was confirmed to her via e mail with an invoice sent to her. She arranged to pay and the lady agreed that she will pay between 20th & 23rd and the reception even told my friend she can pay on the arrival. My friend made a payment on 23rd and called to confirm receipt of the proof of payment she was told who ever made the booking made a mistake cause they are fully booked. she was told a manger will call her but 3days passed with no communication from the manager until my frien (Miss Nozuko Rode) called this morning. She was told there is nothing they can do as they are fully booked except to offer her a Classic Room which will cost us R800 more than what we had paid. This is unacceptable customer service the error has been made by them. They have to rectify the error and we already made arrangements in terms of booking flights and bying tickets for the concert, I'm from Cape Town she is based in EC, we have no were to go.
